Sparkling Image Car Wash

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, so I hate leaving a negative review based on the staff. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with the actual cleaning. The outside looks fine. It’s not bad, but it honestly looks about the same as what I’d expect from a regular stay-in-your-car automatic car wash. The interior is where I’m really disappointed. I genuinely cannot tell what was done. The car doesn’t appear to have been vacuumed or wiped down at all. There are still fingerprints and marks in the exact same places they were before. I expected to at least get back into my car and be able to tell that the interior had been cleaned. For $40, this was absolutely not worth it. Everyone was kind, but I paid for my car to be cleaned, and the interior looks essentially untouched.

First time customer, explained that when I pulled in, but still wasn’t really told how the process worked. Kind of made me second guess my decision to go there. Considering my vehicle is brand new, the interior not really dirty at all, it seems like the front window was way worse after I left. (Smears) There were also a few areas that weren’t touched at all. The team member who rang me up was great in explaining the 5day guarantee and the team member that gave the car back to me was super friendly and I appreciated that. Considering the cost, $43.69 , and that my car was pretty much clean, (back seat has never been used) I was a little disappointed in the service, but may try them one more time.

Be aware of this car wash. Brought my car in yesterday for a car wash, and when it came out of the wash, the paint had been chipped from the rear portion of the top in three spots. A flake of paint was also left on the back windshield. No evidence of this being prior damage. I filed a claim with the company which was denied. They stated that sometime cars with pearl white paint will Chip when they go through the car wash and they are not responsible. So they told me they know this can happen with cars with my color paint. No warnings are posted about this risk and they accepted my car when they knew that their facility could chip my paint. They refused to make any accommodation to have it repaired. They also stated that this rarely happens even though my insurance agent said they get calls from cars more frequently than you wish that go through their car wash for damage incurred. I would definitely avoid this place forever. Will attach photos with the three chips and photo of one of the flakes of paint that I placed on a purple background. We will avoid this car wash forever and their service and backing up their product rates zero
